Answer: The vehicle may only be driven by the persons explicitly listed in the rental agreement (Term 11). Additionally, the driver must hold a valid International Driving Permit or a driver's license issued by an E.U. member state (Term 3).
Answer: Not without prior arrangement. According to Term 9, written approval from Anemos-Skyros Rentals is strictly required for transporting the vehicle by ferry. We recommend informing us in advance if you are planning such a trip.
Answer: All fines and consequences resulting from violations of the Traffic Code are the sole responsibility of the renter (Term 7). If you do not pay the fine yourself, the company will charge you the amount of the ticket plus a fixed fee for "Administrative Document Expenses."
