Terms & Conditions
Vehicle drivers must hold an international driving permit or a driver’s license from a European Union (EU) member state. The vehicle may be driven exclusively and only by the persons explicitly listed in this rental agreement.
The driver must meet the minimum age limit specified by the vehicle category and the law, holding a valid driver's license for at least one year.
Insurance is provided for bodily injury and property damage to third parties (excluding the driver and passengers). No coverage applies if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Additionally, the insurance does not cover theft or damage to personal items located inside the vehicle.
The vehicle is delivered with a specific amount of fuel and must be returned with the exact same amount. Otherwise, the renter is charged for the refueling cost based on current local prices. Any fines resulting from traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the renter.
The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement without penalty if misuse of the vehicle or a violation of the terms is identified. Repair of the vehicle by the renter without the lessor's approval is prohibited, as is its transportation by ferry without written permission.
